Hi, I'm Amy and I’m a digital marketing consultant based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I’ve been working in digital marketing for more than 13 years, providing a full range of services for small to medium sized businesses. I’m a fully qualified SEO and PPC practitioner, with an Award in Search Marketing from the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. I have special interest in website consultancy and UX design.
While I spend most of my time working on website build and design for clients, as well as helping them with their content marketing and social media needs, I’ve also spent time working in business development and on the strategic side. So I know about how companies work. I know about CRM and sales strategy. About budgets, staffing and process outsourcing. Most importantly I know where all of that fits into a wider marketing strategy.

For me, online marketing starts with the big picture. So to get started, I provide a consultation – a process which allows me to understand your business and your aims. This comes without cost or obligation – just lots of questions.
From there, I’ll put together a plan of action that details how I’ll meet your needs. I’ll take into account the difference between initial set-up work and ongoing work, I’ll address issues around allocating resources, and I’ll set out achievable timescales and delivery milestones to ensure that work is completed on time and to the brief. Once we’ve agreed on a strategy, I’ll be there to implement it – delivering the work, monitoring performance and making improvements. From there, it’s all about your results. Every project comes with its own circumstances and demands, so I calculate costs on a project-by-project basis, based on an estimate of time involved at a basic hourly rate. You'll find that my rates are very competitive. I might offer the same expertise and level of service as a digital marketing agency, but I’m an individual. You’re paying for a service that adds value to your business – not for Siren Digital’s accountancy department, shareholder dividend or staff Christmas night out!
